V FEST 2016

I have to admit it. I wasn't too excited going to V Fest. The weather supposed to consist of showers, wind and not very summer friendly temperatures for mid of August, and baring in mind the fact I've never gone camping before, the very thought of sleeping in a tent during a storm didn't seem exactly like a great fun.
However, we got tickets about 4 months ago so giving up at the last minute was certainly not the best option. And to be honest, I am glad we didn't!

Yeah, we got a little wet. (Not in a good way! lol ) Yes, we spent some money on cheap and not even close to stylish raincoats that we threw after the festival, but... it was all worth it!

Rihanna, Justin Bieber, Sia, Zara Larsson, James Morisson, Example, Years & Years, Jess Glynne and so many other famous pop singers and bands were all there performing for us, how could we even think about missing something like that?! O, I also, somehow, managed to win by posting a pic on Instagram a VIP side stage experience for myself and a friend of mine for Little Mix!! Many thanks to V Festival and Aussie Hair for the amazing opportunity, I've never felt so lucky in my life before!

Overall, I had a far more greater experience than imagined. Even the camping itself was not so bad as expected. It was actually quite fun!

One piece of advice I'd give is - when going to a festival like this, unless you don't mind spending a lot of money, get some food prepared in advance with you! The food and the drinks were crazy expensive, which is understandable, but it's just not worth it. I mean, we could get much nicer qualitywise meals in a good restaurant with the money spent for junk at V fest. O, well..

Am I going to visit V Fest next year? I'll certainly go to another festival like this, but I'd probably pick one I haven't visited before like WirelessApple Music Festival or the pinnacle... Coachella!

Let me know if you have any questions or festival tips in the comment form below!

Hello, my loves.
It feels like I'm increasingly starting my blog posts with the words "it's been awhile since my last post" but... oh, boy! I had so much going on! Basically, I moved houses (will publish a photo tour post sometime soon!), changed jobs, my laptop is still off so I need to buy a new one ASAP and as you can see I just didn't have a lot of time and energy to shoot new outfits and/or write blogs.
Excuses, excuses, I know. To be honest, the main problem actually is the lack of a device I can work on as it's such a pain asking other people to borrow theirs, so once I get a new one (potentially at the end of this month)- I will be all yours! Promise.
Until then, if you want to stay updated, catch me up on Instagram and Facebook.

P.S. Many thanks to my lovely photographer Dan for the great pictures!

Pshtt, what do you think of my new hair?  :)
